Landfall Visuals – Terms of Service

By accessing, viewing or downloading photographs or other content from a Landfall Visuals online gallery, you agree to the following terms.

Copyright and Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, video and other visual content remain the copyright and intellectual property of Landfall Visuals.

Purchasing photography services, receiving access to a gallery or downloading images does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.

Client Usage
Clients may use delivered images for the purposes agreed as part of their booking or commission.

For personal photography, images may be downloaded, printed and shared for personal, non-commercial use.

For commercial photography, usage is permitted according to the agreed scope of the commission. Images must not be sold, licensed to third parties or used outside the agreed purpose without prior permission from Landfall Visuals.

Editing and Alteration
Images are supplied as finished work. Clients should not substantially edit, manipulate, apply filters to, or otherwise alter delivered images in a way that misrepresents the original work without prior permission.

Reasonable cropping or resizing for social media and other publishing requirements is permitted.

Downloading and Storage
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their images once delivered. Online galleries may not remain available indefinitely.

Landfall Visuals takes reasonable care when storing and delivering files but cannot guarantee permanent storage of completed work after delivery.

Sharing Galleries
Where a gallery is password or PIN protected, clients are responsible for controlling who receives those access details. Landfall Visuals is not responsible for downloads or sharing carried out by individuals to whom the client has provided access.

Image Quality
Images displayed online may be optimised for web viewing. Downloaded or printed versions may therefore differ slightly in resolution, colour or appearance depending on the device, display or printing service used.

Liability
Landfall Visuals will take reasonable care in providing photography services and delivering completed work. To the extent permitted by law, Landfall Visuals will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, loss or unauthorised distribution of delivered images.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
